An aura is an electromagnetic field that surrounds a living being, including humans. It is believed to contain information about a person's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Auras are often associated with different colors, each carrying its own meaning and significance.
Here are some common aura colors and their meanings:
Red - Represents passion, strength, and vitality. People with a red aura have a firmly grounded and strong sense of safety and "rooted-ness". Their feet are solidity in the Earthly based reality. It indicates a high level of energy and strong will. This is the first aura color a child develops.
Orange - Symbolizes creativity, enthusiasm, and joy. It deals with creative and sensual energy, as well as how we relate to ourselves and others. Action- oriented, fast moving, and often inpatient. it suggests a person who is adventurous and social.
Yellow - Reflects intellect, optimism, and confidence. a happy, and an overall pleasant and social nature. They tend to be people who have usually who have done a good amount of work on self-healing and self-care. it signifies a person with a curious and analytical mind.
Green - Represents balance, growth, and healing. It indicates a person who is compassionate, nurturing, and in tune with nature. Can show up when a person is going through a period of growth, transformation, healing, or if they're finding and feeling love.
Blue - Symbolizes calmness, communication, and spirituality. It suggests a person who is expressive, intuitive, and has a strong sense of purpose. They express their truth and are likely very honest.
Indigo - Reflects intuition, spiritual awareness, and a deep inner wisdom. It signifies a person with a strong connection to their higher self. Usually highly sensitive and empathic individuals. Naturally caring and loving.
Violet - Represents Spirituality, spiritual awareness, and deep inner wisdom. It suggests a person who is highly attuned to the spiritual realm and has a deep sense of purpose. One of the most intuitive colors in the aura that reveals the power of harmonization with the self. relates to the pineal gland and the nervous system.

Finding your aura can be done through various methods, including:
Meditation: By practicing meditation, you can enhance your awareness and sensitivity to energy fields, allowing you to perceive your own aura. This is how I learned how to see my aura, but I wasn't sure what I was seeing at first. It only happened after I had meditated for like 30-60 mins. The first time, I saw the color purple with my third eye. It was kind of in the shape of a circle but kept moving and changing from white to purple. It was a really cool experience I suggest everyone try it. You can find out a lot about yourself through aura colors.
Visualization: Very similar to meditation only instead of focusing on your breathing or clearing your mind, you close your eyes and imagine a glowing light. Imagine this light surrounds your entire body. Focus on sensing the colors and sensations that come to mind. For this one I find it easier to do it on someone else then on myself but everyone is different and it's worth a try.
Kirlian Photography: This is a specialized type of photography which technique captures the electromagnetic field around your body, revealing your aura in the form of colorful patterns. There are also apps now that are pretty accurate if you want to check those out. Keep in mind your aura can change color with your mood and surroundings, it is not always the same.

Clearing your aura is important because it helps maintain a healthy energetic balance and promotes overall well-being. Here are a few ways to clear your aura:
Smudging: Burning sacred herbs, such as sage or palo santo, can help clear negative energy from your aura.
Salt Bath: Taking a bath with Epsom salt and/or essential oils can cleanse your aura and remove any stagnant energy.
Energy Healing: Seeking the assistance of an energy healer, such as a Reiki practitioner, can help clear and balance your aura.
Visualization: Imagine a bright light surrounding your body, washing away any negative or stagnant energy.
Remember understanding and working with your aura can provide valuable insights into your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It can help you cultivate self-awareness and make positive changes in your life.
